GhostfaceRecently, Bad Boy Records has been involved in numerous rumors. There are rumors of the label being in talks with Mase about a possible return. Wu-Tang rapper, Raekwon, has expressed interest in joining the label and Diddy has expressed interest in signing him.

Bad Boy Records, itself is also rumored to be signing with a new label. The label’s experience with Atlantic Records has been nothing more than average. Atlantic Records is a bit more geared towards R&B and Southern hip hop with acts like Trey Songz and Plies. Because of this, Sean “Diddy” Combs has been in talks with Jimmy Iovine and Interscope Records about a new label deal.

With the label’s future distribution in a limbo, Ghostface Killah, another Wu-Tang rapper has expressed his intent on leaving Def Jam. His destination of choice is Bad Boy Records. Apparently, Diddy is doing something right over there and it is proving itself with all of these artists that want to be on the label.

Recently, Raekwon discussed the possibility of a collaboration album with Ghostface Killah and Method Man. Ghostface recently revealed that Raekwon has an album in the works with Mos Def to be released before the end of 2009. It would not come as a shock if these projects did come to life and they were released by Bad Boy/Interscope.
