15 Dec

Good things come to those who wait. No one knows this better than Game. After he was forced to leave Dr. Dre’s side in 2006, Game wanted badly to reunite with Dre. While promoting each album, he would always say that he was working with Dr. Dre.

Coming off of the success of his last album, LAX, Game quickly went back to work. He had hoped to release his fourth album, The R.E.D. Album, in December. With this album, he was realistic, stating that he was over the feuds and trying to reunite with Dr. Dre.

By October, he had finished the album and he was ready to release it. But, only days after this announcement was made, he and Dr. Dre reunited. After the reunion, it was revealed that Dr. Dre wanted to re-work the album, so it was pushed back until 2010. Now that this has happened, Game has partnered with Pharrell.

Along with the signing to Skateboard P’s Star Trak Entertainment, he also was blessed with the opportunity to have Justin Timberlake perform on one of his tracks. That was just yesterday, now it he has announced that he had the chance to work with Nicki Minaj. She is one of the rising stars of Lil Wayne’s Young Money label.

Game described his collaboration with Minaj on the album as classic. His next album, The R.E.D. Album, will be released on February 16, 2010 on Star Track Entertainment and Interscope Records.
