Is The Game back on Aftermath Entertainment?

The Game (rapper)When The Game first left from under Dr. Dre’s wing back in 2006, he said that he would never return unless 50 Cent left. Ever since 2007, 50 has hinted at packing the bags of him and his G-Unit Records and moving elsewhere. Currently, 50 Cent is the only signed G-Unit artist that remains on Interscope Records.

The relationship between 50 Cent and Dr. Dre has been rumored to have been strained since the feud between 50 Cent and The Game began. At times, 50 Cent has called Dr. Dre out, only to rephrase the comments that he made. One comment that he did not even try to clear up was the one on “Flight 187.”

Recently, a picture began floating around the internet of The Game sitting in a studio with Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. Just today, Game announced the official release date for his fourth album, The R.E.D. Album. One thing that initially stuck out was the fact that the album was going to be released directly on Interscope Records.

However, The Game made the announcement that the album would be released on BWS/Aftermath. All of The Game’s albums have been released on BWS, which stands for Black Wall Street. But, only Game’s debut, The Documentary, was released on Aftermath Entertainment, Dr. Dre’s label.

If The Game has returned to Aftermath Entertainment, 50 Cent has to be gone because there is no way that these two rappers would ever work this close with each other. 50 Cent must be preparing to leave because it seems that The Game is back with Aftermath.
