Ghostface disses The-Dream

9 Sep

GhostfaceGhostface was reportedly approached earlier this year by The-Dream about a possible collaboration on his album, The Wizard of Poetry.

For this album, Ghostface Killah wanted such artists as Raheem DeVaughn, John Legend, Alicia Keys, Avant, and Tamia, but they all turned him down. The-Dream, on the other hand, reached out to him.

Because he knows how mainstream singers can be, Ghostface initially turned the collaboration down. Now, Ghostface is interested in a collaboration and The-Dream is not.

The blame is not shouldered on Face’s initial turn down of the offer, instead, Ghostface feels that The-Dream has gotten a bit too big for his britches. Ghostface had choice words for his Def Jam label-mate, calling him cocky.

He went on to say that “the radio killer f”ckin’ fronted.” He also said that the eras in music mean a lot and that this is the “Bullsh”t era.”
