Ja Rule to release 2010 Album?

8 Sep

Ja RuleJa Rule is preparing for yet another comeback to rap. The timing is right and he feels that he has been gone long enough. If you look through the history of rap, no one fell from grace as hard as Ja.

Throughout the first half of this decade, Ja Rule could do no wrong. He recorded many top ten hits and dominated hip hop and pop chars. This is not even mentioning the way he dominated the early years of “106 & Park.”

The problem was he became too big for himself. Ja Rule collapsed under his own weight and feuding with the ever-popular 50 Cent did not do anything to help.

Now, things have turned against 50 Cent and Ja Rule feels that he should strike now, as he has done with “Mafia Music (remix),” then wait until 2010 to record a full album. He has breifly spoken on the album and he said that despite a rift with Irv Gotti, he and Ashanti are still on good terms and that she will be on his “upcoming” album.

In addition to Ashanti, Ja Rule is also rumored to be working with Jadakiss, Gucci Mane, Eminem, The Game, Cam’ron, and O.J. Da Juiceman. This album, or an album by Ja Rule is expected to be released in 2010.
